Start with your next exercise
Try RescueDogs with a task you already do together: document training, collect duty hours or prepare equipment for an exercise.
- Start with your dog: add your dog and document a session. You do not need an organization yet. Getting started.
- Join your unit: use its invitation link or QR code. Alternatively, send a request using the organization number.
- Share responsibilities: agree who manages members, supports training and handles missions or equipment.
- Try it together: record a goal, observations and the next step. Afterwards, check whether everyone can find the information they need.
- Add what you need: after the exercise, decide which further features to use.
Which features do you need?
| Your task | Where to start |
|---|---|
| Training with your own dog | Free base app; personal Premium features as needed. |
| Unit administration and training | Shared organization with members, roles, training, duty log and calendar. |
| Mission coordination | Mission module for your organization and its mission leads. |
| Equipment and vehicles | Equipment/vehicle module for your organization and authorized members. |
Understand the costs together
The pricing overview lists personal Premium options, organization modules and a worked example. Premium belongs to a personal account; mission and equipment modules are purchased for the organization.
Before buying, the relevant store shows the current price, term and any available trial. Write to us if you need an invoiced offer or have questions about an existing agreement.
Agree access and data portability
Discuss who needs which information and who keeps roles up to date. Try a report or export that you need for daily unit work. The privacy overview helps with questions about access, location sharing and taking data with you.
Discuss an introduction for your unit
Would you like to see a workflow demonstrated? Tell us which task matters most to you and what you use already. We can discuss a demo or introduction that fits your unit.
A small training group is a useful starting point. After the exercise, discuss what helped and what is still missing. For equipment, a first reservation, handover and return may be the right start.
Practise new alerting and operational workflows together before using them in a mission and agree how they fit your existing procedures.
